My wife and I recently joined the Fitness Center at Valley Medical Center. In addition to many commercial fitness centers in the Renton area, there is also this quality facility at the Valley Hospital. It features all the same exercise machinery as commercial gyms, has a lap pool and spa. Membership is very affordable with an additional discount for those over age 62. There are classes available for no additional cost and appointments can be made for one-on-one guidance with a trainer.
